Our History

Vytec was formed as the result of a joint venture/merger between ITIC Systems and V Logic in 2021. The new business features 30+ years of deep technical and operational expertise in cloud voice and video within the unified communications space.

The V Logic team brings 10+ years of voice and video experience in the SMB market while ITIC Systems adds highly specialised development expertise in cloud calling and cloud contact centre solutions suitable for large or complex businesses. ITIC also contributes the expertise of its sister companies in cyber security, software automation and IT training.

For over a decade, V Logic (formerly Voice Logic) has been providing a range of technology solutions that enables clients to communicate effectively without boundaries and to deliver value- driven outcomes.
